BUILD STRENGTH AND CONFIDENCE
Looking to achieve your fitness goals but do not know where to start?
Women in the Weight Room is designed specifically for women interested in strength training and eager to learn about free weights and machines. You will be taken through basic total body weight training workout that you can feel comfortable coming back to and doing on your own. You will see huge increases in strength and endurance. Personal Trainers will focus on mobility, bodyweight strength, and all aspects of weight training (barbell, free weights and machines). Come lift with us!
Offered only at the Stowe Family YMCA.

REGISTRATION DATES:
Women in the Weight Room operates on an on-going registration schedule. This program is similar to Personal Training and can begin on your schedule!
PRICING
(1) 60-Minute session | YMCA Member $10 per session | Program Participant $25 per session
(6) 60-Minute sessions | YMCA Member $59 per session | Program Participant $115 per session
(12) 60-Minute sessions | YMCA Member $89 per session | Program Participant $169 per session
