LAKEFRONT SCHEDULE
Lakefront access is closed for the season. Stay tuned for the 2027 opening date!

CHECK-IN
Members and guests are required to check in at the Boathouse with the membership staff team upon arrival.

PRICING
YMCA Members: Free
Guests visiting with a YMCA member: $10
Guests without a member: $20

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Kayaks and Paddleboards

  • Personal kayaks, paddleboards, and other outside watercraft are not permitted at Robinwood Lake; kayaks and paddleboards are available for on-site rental
  • You must be 12 years old or older and have passed the green level swim test in order to take a kayak or paddleboard out by yourself 
  • The minimum age for paddling activities is 4 years old with a parent or guardian
  • You must be at least 18 years old in order to take someone out in a tandem kayak or on a paddleboard.
  • All paddling activities must take place within buoys
  • PFDs are required at all times for all ages

 

FISHING
Fishing is catch-and-release only and allowed in designated areas. Members and guests may not take fish from the lake.

LAKE RULES

  • US Coast Guard-approved lifejackets are required for all ages and must be worn at all times.
  • Members or guests who refuse to comply with the rules will be asked to leave the lakefront area.
  • No swimming
  • No jumping off boats.
  • Catch-and-release fishing only, in designated areas.
  • Time limit on the water is two hours if others are waiting.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  • We highly recommend that all members lock up their personal items, and that keys, phones, wallets, and jewelry are not taken out onto the lake.  
  • Items lost in the lake are not retrievable. 
  • If you choose to paddle or boat with those items, the likelihood is high that you will lose them. 
  • The YMCA is not responsible for lost items.
