Construction Updates for Stowe Family YMCA Members
We’re excited to share that we are upgrading our gymnasium’s HVAC system to improve comfort for everyone. Our current units are outdated and unreliable, so new installations are scheduled. Please review the key dates and impacts below.
Side Parking Lot Closures (March 21 & 27)
The side parking lot will be closed due to large equipment on-site.
Members must use the gym entrance – the side entrance will not be accessible.
YMCA staff will assist with traffic flow and handicapped parking access.
Gymnasium HVAC Impact (March 21 – April 1)
The gymnasium will be without HVAC during this period. Please plan accordingly.
Cardio Room Closures (March 24 & 25)
The Cardio Room will be closed for HVAC work but we will move some of the cardio equipment out to the main floor for use.
If work progresses quickly, we may reopen the room earlier than scheduled.
