Construction Updates for McGill Family YMCA Members
We’re making improvements to give you an even better YMCA experience! Here’s what’s happening:
- Side Parking Lot Closed: March 30 – April 10
The side parking lot is temporarily closed for expansion. Please use alternate parking areas during this time.
- Elevator Closed: Starting April 6 until further notice
The elevator is undergoing maintenance. Thanks for your patience.
- Indoor Pool Closed: April 26 – May 31
We’re installing new tile and upgrading the fire sprinkler system to keep you safe and comfortable.
- Outdoor Ramp Coming soon!
Our new ramp will provide easier access to the lower level and will be ready shortly.

Will the YMCA close during construction?
We plan to remain open during construction with an effort to minimize disruption in services.
