This year’s race has been temporarily reimagined as our typical trails are not usable due to damage from Hurricane Helene. But that’s not stopping us from creating the fun and magic that is always present at Trick-or-Trail! Sign up now for our fun run which will take place on the Blue Trail and ensure you’re part of the excitement! We can’t wait to see you for a fun-filled morning!

Walk 2 Run
5K Training Program
Walk to Run is a beginner and immediate program that will progress over a month in preparation for the Warlick Trick or Trail 5k and 1-Mile Fun Run. The progressions will increase weekly to help each individual reach their walking, jogging, and/or running goals. The program meets twice a week for 60 minutes. You will meet other goal-minded individuals that will help you achieve your goals and a personal trainer will lead the group. Let's meet to achieve our goals!
