A Little About Me

Fitness found me when I needed it the most, while recovering from the birth of my third son in 2020. At
home yoga videos saved me and then I discovered strength training at my local Y. I'm a mom of 3 boys,
and an advocate for others to strengthen their mind, body, and soul with movement and nutrition. I have
a true passion for strength training, mobility, and moving my body in nature. Through my own fitness
journey, I have learned that life is all about balance. Physical and mental balance are key. I enjoy sharing
the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and the benefits movement provides during every stage of life.
My goal as a personal trainer is to help you feel strong, confident, and empowered through fitness and
living a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

My Y Story

I joined the YMCA when I was 16 because I wanted to change my body. There was the me who
wanted to only do cardio and be skinny. Then there is the me who learned about nutrition, strength
training, growing muscle, lifting weights, and appreciating my body for all it allows me to do. I am
thankful for the YMCA being the place where my health and fitness journey started and continues
to be the place that helps me grow and strengthen my mind, body, and soul so many years later.
