After spending over 20 years in education, I made the decision to pivot my career and focus on transforming lives in a new way. My passion lies in helping others experience the health benefits of strength training, especially for older females. I also coach and train in jiu-jitsu and am proud to have earned 2 Masters World Gold Medals. I have a love for cooking from scratch, and during competition season, I enjoy creating tasty food hacks to make weight management easier.
