MEET OUR TEEN TOPIC LEADERS

Jaxon Lamb

Meet Jaxon Lamb
Teen Topics Leader at Warlick Family YMCA

Jaxon has truly grown up in the YMCA! From a young age, he participated in nearly every youth program the Y has to offer, most notably our Blue Ridge Leaders School, where he grew from a participant to a club leader. Now, as a YMCA staff member for several years, Jaxon puts leadership into action by mentoring and guiding the next generation.

Energetic and relatable, Jaxon has a special ability to connect with teens, understanding both their challenges and triumphs. Having experienced firsthand how the Y can be a safe and supportive space, he is passionate about creating that same environment for today’s teens.

Jaxon is certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid by the National Council for Mental Well-Being and is committed to fostering meaningful conversations and empowering teens to grow into confident leaders.

Taylor is skilled in leading meaningful conversations and is passionate about guiding teens toward positive choices. As a mother to three boys varying in age, she is actively living a life of guiding her own kids.
