A Little About Me
I feel fortunate to be able to take my passion for health and fitness and turn it into a career. Thanks to my educational background in nursing and psychology, my approach to fitness is to look at it as a lifelong behavior modification. My own personal wellness journey reflects my approach to fitness. I started out on unhealthy paths like restrictive and distorted relationships with food as well as excessive attempts at modifying my body image to fit an unrealistic expectation. Luckily, I have come full circle and realized that one’s health is of vital importance and there’s no quick fix! That’s why it’s so important for me to help individuals reach their fitness goals in a safe and healthy manner that they will be able to sustain. I want to help you feel better physically and mentally and hopefully get you excited about fitness!
