I got into lifting 18 years ago when I was at college, I was just trying to impress my boyfriend, I guess it worked because now he's my husband. I've been working out ever since, I am constantly learning about all things health and fitness. My kids are the reason that I keep exercising. I want to stay strong and active so I can keep up with my 3 boys.
