A Little About Me
My early background led me to my second career and loving it! I started out as a musical theater performer singing and dancing traveling the US and internationally in Broadway National Tours. After giving birth to my son, I needed to rethink my career and traveling. I found my second love, and now my first, fitness!

Biggest result with a client
My client was overweight with diabetes and shortness of breath. After working with her, she had significant weight loss, more stamina and was no longer diabetic.
How would I define my training style
I don’t believe in “No Pain No Gain”. We must listen to our own bodies. “If it hurts...don’t do it”. There’s a big difference between being sore or being in pain. There are always modifications for all exercises to make sure it is just right for you.
Why you choose the Y?
I truly feel that the Y has a strong sense of community. It’s important to me that the Y embraces people from all walks of life. I love my YMCA Family. This will be my 9th year working at the Y. Over those years, I have experienced such uplifting and great positive energy! Including special friendships with both members and staff. It’s just a happy place to be!
