Teen Mindfulness Nature Walk
We encourage teens to welcome Spring with a Mindfulness Nature Walk at the Henry Pavilion at the Warlick Family YMCA. This enables each individual to be present and aware of their body and surroundings, rather than getting caught up in thoughts about the past or future.
