
Walk 2 Run Training Program
Walk 2 Run is a beginner-to-intermediate program that will progress over an 8-week period. Weekly progressions will help you reach your walking, jogging, and/or running goals. The program meets twice a week for 60 minutes, led by a personal trainer. You’ll also connect with other goal-minded individuals who will support and motivate you along the way. Let’s meet, move, and achieve our goals together!
Open to all - ages 13 years and up! A fun way for kids, adults, and families to stay active this spring.
