24 Hour Access at McGill Family YMCA

24-HOUR ACCESS FOR THE WAY YOU Y

24-Hour Access returns Sunday, November 1 at 6 PM. All members, including those who had access before, must sign the new waiver in person at the McGill front desk.

With 24-Hour Access at the McGill Family YMCA, you can work out whenever it works best for you. Whether you’re an early riser, a night owl, or need to squeeze in a workout after a long shift, the Y is here for you, anytime, day or night.

24-Hour Access is available to Gaston County Family YMCA members ages 18 and up for $10 a month, added to your membership dues.

What’s Available After Hours

- Upper and lower wellness floors (not including studios)
- Three private restrooms with showers in the lower-level family locker room hallway

Please note: All other areas of the Y are closed during 24-Hour Access hours.
