Tips for Enjoying Produce at It's Best
To help you enjoy your produce at its best, here are a few natural and simple homemade produce washes you can make using common household ingredients. These will help clean your fruits and vegetables without harsh chemicals:
🍋 Vinegar Wash: Mix 1 part white vinegar with 3 parts water, soak produce for a few minutes, then rinse.
🥤 Baking Soda Scrub: Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to 2 cups of water, gently scrub, and rinse.
💦 Lemon & Salt Rinse: Combine water, fresh lemon juice, and a pinch of salt for a fresh, citrus-infused cleanse.
