A Little About Me

While I currently work as a Risk Manager in the banking industry, my true passion lies in health and fitness. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our blended family of five children, and three wonderful grandchildren.

Specialties

I believe fitness should be enjoyable and empowering. My focus is on helping clients achieve their personal goals, whether that's preparing for a hike, training for a run, losing weight, or simply feeling stronger and more confident.

Qualifications

I am a certified NASM Personal Trainer with three years of experience as a group exercise instructor. I hold certifications in Les Mills GRIT, Sprint, and BodyCombat, and I am currently pursuing my NASM Nutrition Coach certification to further support my clients' wellness goals.

Client Success Story

One of my proudest achievements was helping a client prepare for two challenging hikes in Delphi and Meteora, Greece, each spanning over 10 miles. Through a four-month program combining high-intensity interval training and strength workouts twice weekly, the client built the stamina and strength needed to successfully complete both hikes and extensive walking.

Training Style

My approach is energetic yet adaptable to each client's pace and needs. I combine high-intensity power training with slower, controlled weight training to maximize calorie burn and build lean muscle effectively.

I chose the YMCA because it allows me to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals from all walks of life achieve their health and fitness goals. The Y provides a supportive community where I can share my passion and expertise to inspire lasting change.
